Oranges are famous because of the vitamin C, a medium size fruit has 63g. But it also has over 170 cancer fighting phytochemicals and flavonoids. Many of which are antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial.

Oranges contains calcium to promote strong bones and teeth. Best to eat the pulp as well, because of the added fiber which supports your digestion. Eating an orange is better than drinking the juice.
