Remove Any Barriers
If you think about it, there are probably many reasons why you wouldn’t go to the gym. Anyone of those can be enough to make your stay at home instead of going out. It is important that you take a look at these barriers and try to neutralize them. For example, if you often miss the gym in the mornings because it’s too cold, then perhaps you can have your gym clothes ready to hop into.
