Hi everyone! I have a great new breakfast recipe: The Perfect Strawberry Banana Oatmeal.
Oatmeal is a really good meal to start your day with because it gives you a lot of energy and makes you feel full for a long time so you don’t get these crappy snack cravings! Personal I don’t like just oats soaked in some milk, I like it a little bit more sweet and tasty. That’s why I like to experiment with oatmeal recipes to make sure it taste like heaven and is still healthy! Today I share my absolute favorite recipe with you!
In the morning I don’t feel like spending that much time to make a good breakfast, and that’s the good news because you need to make the big part of this recipe the night before. The only thing you have to do in the morning is top it with the fruits. Very easy when you have to wake up early and you don’t have much time to make breakfast! And you can stay a little bit longer in your bed 😉
1 ripe banana
5 tablespoons oats
½ cup soy milk
1 tablespoon line seeds
1 tablespoon chiaseeds
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 tablespoon goji berries
- Mash the banana in a bowl
- Add the oats, soy milk, line seeds, chiaseeds and cinnamon and mix until smooth.
- Place it in the fridge for one night to let the oats soak.
- The next morning you can top it with the strawberries, coconut flakes and gojiberries and your delicious breakfast is ready to eat!
