Hereby one of my favorite healthy recipes: homemade salmon tartare with avocado!

Ingredients:
1 avocado
100gr salmon
Olive oil
black pepper
Lime and cilantro

Method:
Cut the fresh salmon and avocado into small dices. Place the salmon and avocado in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, a bit of lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well and enjoy!
