Favorite Hot Spot
One of my favorite workouts is Xtendbarre. I love that it’s not just another barre workout, but truly pulls from ballet and Pilates. With a background in ballet, I love that the workout uses ballet terminology and technique. You don’t have to be a dancer to get a great workout either.
Xtendbarre will get you sweaty and toned in no time at all. It’s a great full body workout! Each class includes sections for the upper body, lower body and core, but every class is different. You will never take the same class twice, but always feel challenged. Xtendbarre really gives clients the long lean look of a dancer.
As a bonus they are located all over the world. Whether I’m in NYC, LA, Paris, London, Australia etc, it’s great to know that I can almost always find an Xtendbarre studio.
