How did you start modeling?
I started modeling when I was 18 shorty after finishing my A-Levels at Marlborough College.
What does your career do for you?
My modeling career gives me life experience, access to fashion shows, photo shoots, the opportunity to meet interesting people and the advantage of being able to travel the world.
What’s your most memorable shoot?
My most memorable shoot was when I shot a Cadillac Commercial back in 2013. I had to run and jump into a swimming pool in front of hundreds of people numerous times and swim underwater. I was also fully clothed and had to look glamorous for each take. I remember being freezing cold but it was a lot of fun!
What do you think MODELLIST-ID can do for the model community?
I think Modellist ID can help those who work as a model connect and network with fellow models around the world. I think it will be particularly useful for those working overseas who want to network and meet fellow models who work in the same industry.
Who do you admire and would you like to meet?
I admire Chuck Feeney because he donated $7.5billion of his fortune to charities. I would like to meet President Obama one day.
What’s your favorite book/film/music?
My favorite book is Noughts and Crosses because it discusses a deep underlying issue in today’s society (racism) which is a topic that interests me. My favorite film is Wimbledon and my favorite music is hip-hop.
What’s your beauty regime?
My beauty regime is pretty simple: I remove excess makeup or dirt with a baby wipe. I then use a tea tree based foaming face wash with warm water to cleanse my face. After this I use Nivea visage toner & finally I apply Creme De La Mer oil absorbing lotion. If my skin is bad, (instead of my normal routine) I use Clenziderm MD cleanser, toner & moisturizer which is one of the best acne preventing treatments on the market at the moment.
And what is the one beauty product you can’t live without?
I can’t live without baby wipes. They remove makeup so easily and without sensitivity. They are practical for general everyday use too.
What are your favorite hang out spots in the city you live in (current location)?
My favorite hang out spots in New York are Koi Restaurant in the Trump Soho Hotel, Bar Pitti on a warm day and Up & Down or 1oak nightclub.
What is your favorite city and where do you like to hang out there?
My favorite city in the world is Paris. I love the architecture there, the streets, the atmosphere and Parisian culture. It’s a beautiful city which I love to visit.
Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?
My advice to anyone starting modeling is to always start by finding a good agency. There are a lot of scam agencies/sick people in today’s society who exploit young women. If a good/reputable agency won’t sign you then there are endless possibilities of other careers you can enter into which you can thrive in.
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are to keep working hard and develop my ideas into flourishing businesses. I’m currently working on a lot of exciting projects which I can’t wait to share with you.
