On Sunday the 17th of January Tony Cohen showed his collection during Amsterdam Fashion Week.
I had to be at the gashouder at 3 o’clock and the show started at 9.
Tony Cohen always books the same group of models, which makes it even more fun to walk his shows. The backstage vibe is always good!
When I was in make-up, I spotted the boys from Streetlab. This is a Dutch television program that follows four boys doing social experiments.
This time the experiment was: can you be a model? Stijn, who had no experience in modeling, had to walk the show for Tony Cohen and he actually did a great job! The make up for Tony Cohen was really special this time. They used black pearls starting at the back of hair dropping down on our face.
It looked very cool, but it took a long time to create this specific look.
2 hours before the show the makeup artists told us that they wanted some black drops on our legs as well. Luckily I had a scarf which I could put around me because we were not allowed to put our pants back on.
Everyone finished just in time and after a quick dinner we had our rehearsal and right after that we started the show.
I got to show four amazing outfits, but this also meant I had to change very quickly. However, we managed to do so.
My first look was my favorite,my second look was a leather skirt with a leather top, my third look was casual and very wearable and my final look was a beautiful red dress, I loved the fabrics Tony used to create it.
