I love simple dishes. Sometimes, after a long workday you just don’t feel like cooking for half a hour. You want to make something quick and also a bit healthy. This wrap pizza is a real godsend for you!
The preparation takes 5 minutes and after you need to put it in the oven for short time. Now, you can enjoy your fresh pizza without too much trouble.
For this recipe I use vegetable chicken pieces from Vivera. These are my favorite for a while now because I try to reduce my meat intake. It makes me feel better and less meat food is also better for the environment. These chicken pieces are made of soy protein, so that’s why they are rich in proteins, namely 19.4 grams of protein per 100 grams. I also find them very similar in flavor to chicken, making it an ideal substitute for vegetarians. The combination of green pesto, pine nuts and chicken does always good. Try this wrap pizza sometimes and let me know what you think of it!
