Body aches often arise from exercising without properly warming up your body, injuries like muscle strains, poor posture, or sickness.

It can be a slight discomfort or a debilitating body pain that affects your life.
For the sake of your health, you need to make sure the body ache is not from a fracture or a serious injury because improper management can exacerbate certain conditions. If it’s not from a serious injury which should need immediate medical attention, most body aches lie on the muscles and can often be alleviated and managed with simple exercises, ice packs, body massage and even warm baths infused with essential oils.
Here are tips to manage body aches.

Ice pack
If you are not afraid of cold then one way to soothe body aches is to cover the area with ice packed in a ziplock bag and pressing it on the spot for as long as you can bear the stinging cold. This always takes away most muscle pains arising from small knocks.
Optionally, you can also take a long cold shower or bath and finish with a soothing massage.

Essential oils bath
A warm bath in essential oils can be relaxing and rejuvenating. Actually, you even need to get injured to indulge in one; you can use long baths to relax after a long day at work. For body aches resulting from intense, take a shower first to rid the body of sweat, and you will also find refreshing and important in lowering the body temperature. After your shower, you can then dip into your bathtub with lavender, lemongrass and any other fragrance that tickles your fancy. If you can afford it, then splurge on aromatherapy oils which are specifically formulated to soothe muscle aches as well as help in stress relief.

Exercise
Sitting for long hours messes up your posture beside posing a myriad of health risk for you. These posture problems can lead to injuries and muscle aches with back ages being the most common. A good way to alleviate back pain and improve your posture is to exercise.
