Opened in 1995, Hotel Costes is the heart of the empire of brothers Jean-Louis and Gilbert Costes. These two brothers own multiple cult spots and are a phenomenon in their area. Although in Paris new hotspots are opened all the time, Hotel Costes keeps staying at the top of the layer. Truly, this place is packed with interesting, beautiful and famous people from breakfast until the bar closes at night. Unique is their gorgeous inner courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, coffee, drink or dinner all day long. Their menu, although expensive just as the hotel in general, has too many delicious courses to choose from. Their king crab salad with avocado does stand out, but absolutely order this with a portion of the most thinnest French fries you have ever seen. Be aware though...once eaten, you're addicted!
Rooms are beautiful and in the same style as the rest of the hotel. On the first floor, you can find rooms with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The bathroom amenities are huge 'samples' of the own line the hotel has and sells.
