General
These Terms apply to all offers by Modellist-id. In addition to these terms and conditions, additional conditions apply to certain services/and or products. The term "buyer" can be defined as any visitor of the website, or any legal or natural person who has a contractual relationship with Modellist-id, now or in the future. By using the website Modellist-id and/or placing an order, the buyer is aware and agrees to these Terms and any other rights and obligations as listed on the site. Modellist-id reserves the right to change or modify these terms from time to time.
Registration
To use some of the services or features made available to you on Modellist-id you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address info@modellist-id.com We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Prices and offers
Offers and prices are valid on the day and/or period they are offered on the website. All prices include 19% VAT, but without shipping costs. These shipping costs are mentioned on the internet site. Prices can increase or reductions can be made. These changes in pricing have no effect on the amount that has to be paid after Modellistt-id has completed and confirmed the purchase. Modellist-id reserves the right to change a transaction or to refuse a transaction, for whatever reason.
Payment
Payments can be made by the payment methods mentioned on the internet site. The customer confirms that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. By choosing a certain credit card payment the customer agrees to the conditions of the issuer of this card. Modellist-id is no party in the relationship between the buyer and the card issuer. The amount to be paid is deducted from the buyers account once the order has been accepted by Modellistt-id. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Modellist-id, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Orders/Deliveries
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Shortlist-id aims to deliver the order on the supplied address of the buyer within 7 working days after payment has been received. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. If a product is temporarily out of stock or sold out Modellist-id will inform the customer about the status of the order.
Delays in deliveries will give the buyer no right to cancel or to refuse its purchase and this will under no circumstances be a reason for compensation.
Incorrectly given delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of an error in the address data of the order, Modellist-id can not be held liable for its inability to delivery the product. Once the products have been delivered to the specified address, the risk concerning these products, will be transferred to the buyer.
Return/Exchange
The buyer is responsible for checking the products after receiving. Refund or replacement can take place by sending the product back to us immediately after receiving. Products that are returned more than 7 working days after receiving are no longer accepted. Shortlist-id is not responsible for loss of the products during their return. Products should be returned unused and with all Shortlist-id and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. On return of the products a purchase note has to be provided. A complaint can be reported via email on info@modellist-id.com Modellist-id will handle this complaint within 5 working days.
Warranty/Liability
Modellistt-id cannot be held liable for its suppliers in case of failure, guarantee or in the event of bankruptcy. Modellist-id is not responsible for loss or damage or any damages whatsoever, that the buyer or any third party might suffer when using the products of Modellist-id
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure Modellist-id is not obliged to hold its obligations towards the buyer, either the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure.
Force majeure means any circumstance that prevents the fulfilment of commitments towards the buyer. These circumstances include strikes, fire, power failures, suppliers or other third parties who fail to hold their commitments/deliveries.
