He’s an international model, TED speaker and corrective exercise coach. Roger Frampton, you are our Model of the Week!
Roger grew up on a farm in North Hampton before he moved to London. This is where he started his modeling career. He was nineteen years old when he got scouted in a bar in Chelsea where he worked by a scout from Select Model Management in 2004. This was where it all started, he has modelled for Calvin Klein, Yves Saint Laurent, D Squared, Alexander McQueen, Dolce Gabbana and many more big brands.
That Roger has a passion for sports is very clear when you scroll through his Instagram page. He likes to show his super trained body and knows how to pose right! Well, we don’t mind, keep posting 😉
Back in 2011 Roger started building up a specific training called the “Frampton Method”. It’s a cross between gymnastics and yoga where you just use your body weight. He started because he was trying to figure out what the best size was for men in the modeling industry. The Frampton Method has London’s models hooked and it’s very popular. Roger has graced all the huge magazines where he generally poses upside down, or in another impossible position. He has an amazing level of control and strength over his body.
Roger is also a TED speaker, he talks about sport topics and he really motivates people. You should really see it!
