Buenos dias Chicas!
At the moment I’m living in Madrid so my daily eat pattern is a bit different than when I’m in the Netherlands.
Especially the time for dinner and breakfast is later than in my country but at least I can share my food with you guys!
For breakfast I like to eat fruit especially here in Madrid because the weather is so nice outside I like to have a light and fresh breakfast.
I prefer to eat red fruit in the morning like strawberries and rasberries. Not only because it is tasty and healthy, but also because red fruit is very good against wrinkles. There is an antioxidant in the fruit that can recover the damage of the sunlight for your skin. So for me it is very important especially here because the sun is touching my skin every day. And also because I think it is very important for a model to have a good skin!
This morning I had a big bowl of fruit with rasberries, strawberries and 2 bananas for some extra energy during the day with a big cup of green tea.
I only drink green tea to hydrate my skin and because I like it more than black tea.
I prefer tea from the brand Pukka they have a lot of different flavors and they all taste so good!

Because my mother is always saying: ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away.’
For lunch I really like to variate. Especially now when I’m here in Madrid and when I have some free time in-between castings or work I like to have lunch outside.
Today I had a very nice home made pumpkin soup with some bread.
16:00 GELATO TIME
It was Sunday and the weather was so lovely so I couldn’t resist this ice cream. There is one shop in Madrid called Amorino with Italian ice cream which I love so much.
I lived in Milano for six months and I was always so addicted to the Gelato. So I’m very happy that I found a a good one here in Madrid.
They always make they ice cream into the form of a rose.

Normally I really like to cook, but on Sunday I like to keep it simple. I really like to eat meat and fish from good quality so I went to the butcher to buy some good meat. I wanted to combine it with vegetables because I didn’t eat vegetables during the day.
So after the butcher I went to the supermarket to buy some vegetables. Finally I chose mushrooms, red and green bell pepper and cherry tomatoes.
I cooked them all together with sea salt, pepper and some italian herbs.
I didn’t need any sauce because I like to cook with the juice of the fresh meat and the cherry tomatoes.
22:00 Before going to bed
I always drink green tea before I go to bed. I can’t sleep without doing this. What I really like to eat with this tea is chocolate but as we all know chocolate is not the most healthy food in life. So I tried to find a better way. Now I always eat a little bit of biological dark chocolate it is 98 percent. It is more healthy than milk or white chocolate and it’s very heavy so you can not eat a whole barn that’s the good thing!!
I really hope you enjoyed my food diary! I don’t think it is really model food, but I like to eat a lot and I’m still in shape so it is actually possible!!:) It is just finding a balance between nice food and exercising.
