Azzurro Wellness – Let’s move for a better world!
This is a challenge and will take place from 1 to 19 March in 21 countries. Together we will fight against obesity and the sedentary lifestyle. The challenge is to make as many ‘moves’ as possible.
Hundreds clubs worldwide join this challenge and Technogym offered thousands of euros to various charities. We move along with all clubs, but also against each other. If Azzurro is the club with the most ‘moves’ of the Netherlands, then we will train two months long special target groups. Think of people with type II diabetes, obesity and those with a brain disorder. For them it is very important to exercise regularly. We will offer these groups 2 months free training.
Bring your friends and collect moves!
This person can train for free, but is there to do something for it: 1000 moves, if you have less …. he / she pays a contribution. After training together you can also make use of the other facilities: sauna, whirlpool and the swimming pool!
After hard work you can relax;)!
People will not only improving their fitness, making new friends and having fun, but they also could be helping people in their local community get more active.

Oatmeal pancakes & Homemade Spelt Biscuits ♥
Oatmeal pancakes ♥
Only four ingredients
1) 2 eggs
2) 1 banana
Delicious and easy to prepare:
Mash the banana, add 2 eggs and add it to the oatmeal, stir, fry briefly and ready to eat!
Ideal for breakfast, snack or to take to work!
Healthy spelled-apple-cinnamon biscuits from the Dutch cuisine ❤
❤ 125g spelt
❤ 1 whole Goudreinet apple
❤ 2 eggs
❤ 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
❤ 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Add the spelt and eggs together in a bowl.
Then add the apple (in little pieces), cinnamon and melted coconut oil over it and mix just until you get a smooth mixture.
Push it a little shelf, place it on the baking sheet, you lined with baking paper.
Then for 25 minutes in the oven and enjoy!
Sweet potato fries ❤
* 3 Sweet potatoes
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 1 tablespoon sea salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons mustard
Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small chips. Let the Airfryer preheat to 180 degrees. Put the fries along with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Mix the plastic bag well until all the chips are covered with a layer of the mixture. If the Airfryer is heated, the chips can be placed in the basket. Set the timer to 20 minutes. In the meantime, make the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, honey and mustard. Serve the fries with dipping sauce.
