Current location: The Netherlands

How did you start modeling?

‘My auntie told me I could travel for free, so 2 weeks later I was doing castings in Capetown.’

What does your career do for you?

‘Collecting my motor license, see beautiful places in the world, meeting a lot of people.’

What’s your most memorable shoot?

‘The job in the Seychelles. Only after 2 days, I started to notice I was walking on this white beach and warm water with palm trees and  the job on top of table mountain for Runnerspoint was also just another dream came true.’

What do you think MODELLIST-ID can do for the model community?

‘The community wil grow closer, people can share good or bad stories, and they can get more in contact with each other then before. It will be very useful for young models that are only the beginning of their career.’

Who do you admire and would you like to meet?

‘ I would love to meet Lonneke Engel, she inspires me!  How does she organize her life and how does she stay healthy. I admire Erin Wasson if it comes to style and I would love to have a cup of tea with Nelson Mandela. He can tell me his stories and I would just sit back and listen.’

What’s your favorite book/ music?

‘Dutch writers like; Heleen van Royen & Saskia Noort.
Also books about mafia and crime. (my boyfriend owns almost 50 books about the Italian mafia and criminals)

 What’s your beauty regime?

‘Clean your face every morning and evening! No sunbeds.
And once in a while I buy all natural product at our EKO grocery store in Eindhoven. I have to say, for a student it is expensive to do your shopping over there.’

What are your favorite hang out spots in the city you live in?

‘When the sun is there, Sunrise at Aqua Best in Eindhoven. For food and drinks: Mangiare, Usine or Soho for sushi. For dancing; Dr. Ink or Bermuda, but I prefer (pre or after)parties at my friends home.’

What is your favorite city and where do you like to hang out there?
‘That would be Capetown and the Brazilian parties at Jade on the Wednesday night.’

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?
‘Decide how serious you want to do this job. You are never sure I f you have the job, so finish your study or study next to modeling.’

What are your future plans?
‘Travel more, find the jobs that me energy.
Modeling in Canada? Germany? Back to Capetown again?’

Some opportunities only come once, seize them.
Life is short, live your dream and wear your passion.
