Tell us about your career as model. How did you get started?
I was scouted in a night club when I was 18 and did my first magazine editorial two weeks later.
What’s going through your mind when you’re modeling in front of the camera?
I’m extremely professional on set and leave all my personal emotions and issues outside that studio door. I focus on what the client wants and get the job done.
What’s your favorite/least favorite thing about being a model?
My favourite part must be travelling the world and least favourite part is constantly thinking about diets and workouts haha
Are there any other models in the industry that you look up to?
I’m absolutely a massive Heidi Klum, Candice Swanepoel and Rosie Huntington Whiteley fan.
How would you define your personal style?
I love trying new styles every now and again, pushing boundaries and wearing things I would normally never wear. I love to dress up for occasions and always keep it simple.
And what are some of the heroes of your wardrobe?
I’d say my fake fur waist coat, brown suede hat and Nike ballet pumps!
Could you give us your best beauty and exercise tip(s)?
Drink 2-3L water a day and you have to love your exercise regime…you have to do stuff that challenges you and keep you going back for more.
What is the one beauty product you can’t live without? (Please mention the brand too)
My Palmers facial perfecting oil….it’s a must!
What is your favorite city and where do you like to hang out there?
O wow…I will mention a few. London (local pubs are a must) Milan (Armani Prive club and all the historical buildings) Rome, for obvious reasons and then Sydney, there’s always something going on here. I’m never bored. Mexico City for the history and amazing beaches and the list goes on and on…
What do you believe is the key to success for a model? What qualities does one need to succeed?
Most girls think you need to be super skinny and have a beautiful face but attitude and personality are vital to being a successful model. Professionalism and punctuality are also good qualities to have. Confidence is extremely important.
What do you think MODELLIST-ID can do for the model community?
Think it’s a great platform for all models around the world to come together and share their experiences with each other, to promote each other and share their dos and don’ts with each other. It’s great that models can go to a site where they can be and stay updated with the modeling world.
What are your working on right now and what are your future aspirations?
Currently I’m still modeling and just started doing small acting gigs. I kind of love the transition and it’s great to push myself. Future aspirations; definitely starting my own clothing line and restaurant. I’d love to help future models in the industry and coach them on the pros and cons.
