I have been busy wrapping! Veggies that is... It was so good and easy, I tried out new things all week. You can use lettuce, green collards, green cabbage, mustard green or nori: it all works perfect. The wrapping takes some practice - and I am far from perfection - but as long as you can roll it up, who cares what it looks like, right?
