So my tips if you wanna get fit, lean and happy are the following:- challenge yourself & your friends, so set goals and register for triathlons, semi marathons and so on- No excuses- Make appointments to train together- Buy good sport gear! Traveling on my own and visiting unknown places made me more independent, it's a quest to who you really are. I also got more confident but on the other hand you learn to deal with criticism. As a model you have the privilege of traveling around the world and you have the possibility to meet all kinds of people. That is for me an important aspect of being a model.
