Make sure that you are on time on the Saturday morning classes because it tends to get busy, during the week you are fine with the classes and the space in the room. You don’t need to take your own yoga carpet or towel, everything is available at the spa. And if you forgot your bottle of water, no worries, you can buy a bottle for 60 cents (and water is really recommended to be honest).
