Opened in November 2012 by the owners of Crusto, one of Barcelona's best bakeries located next door, Toto Restaurant & Wine Bar is a new fashionable venue in the center of Barcelona.

What a great location hotel Duquesa the Cordona has! With just a short walk from the Barceloneta area and the beach and also very close by La Rambla and the beautiful gothic quarter with all its lovely bars and restaurants, you really are right in the middle of everything...

Have you had enough of all the Spanish tapas? Try Brown 33! This beautifull and stylish restaurant with large windows overlooking the wide Passeig de Gracia, Barcelona's most poshest street, offers nice (mostly) Italian food for an affordable price. Besides inside seating, you can also dine outside. 

As a vegetarian it's not always easy to find good spots where they know how to make a veggie happy. Especially in the country of jamon and paella I didn't expect to easily find some good places. But after a few days I already found my new favourite hangouts where they serve organic, veggie and healthy foods!

Can Paixano is situated in the heart of the old fisherman's neighbourhood of Barceloneta. Very fun place where you can drink/taste all kinds of cava and sparkling wines in combination with some delicious and greasy tapas. Besides, there's also a shop where you can buy all these lovely goodies! 

Very close to the famous Rambla you will find Le Quinze Nits on a beautiful square called Plaza Real. Ok, ok it is quite touristic, but when you are in the neighborhood and you want to have a nice and affordable lunch this is a good option. Probably not the best lunch you ever had in Barcelona but they have nice wines, the tuna is very good and they have some great deserts. 

Locals come here all the time...This typical small and cozy Spanish tapas bar and restaurant is a must! Cal Pep opens for lunch at 13.00 o'clock, but people start lining up earlier to make sure they will have a seat at the bar or one of the few small tables at the back of the restaurant. They serve delicious tapas, especially the fresh seafood is recommended. 

Designed by world-famed architect Ricardo Bofill, this sail-shaped glass tower along the boardwalk of Barceloneta, is the only hotel in Barcelona with direct access to the beach. It has a gorgeous swimming pool, a superb rooftop bar where you can drink delicious cocktails and a great Bliss Spa.
