Last week in Berlin, me and a friend bumped into this little café Roamers.
We are both real breakfast persons, hungry every morning and enthusiastic to try out nice brunch places and coffee shops. There are a lot of cool ones in Berlin, but Roamers is definitely worth mentioning.
First of all the interior is incredible. Typical Berlin it is very hipster – think wood and plants everywhere – but so cosy and beautifully decorated. Mind also the light switch at the bathroom ;).
We ordered the homemade granola, a smoothie with raspberry, a French toast topped with pear, berries and Greek yoghurt to share and a good cappuccino with soymilk to finish.
It was hard choosing, I always want to read the whole menu and they also served bircher muesli, juices and delicious sandwiches.
When the food arrived, we couldn’t hold us for standing up and taking a food picture like the real pro’s; the granola was served in a jam jar with some fresh oregano and mint on top. It fitted perfectly in the rustic atmosphere. It didn’t only looked beautiful, but also tasted very good. For the whole thing we only paid 12€ each, so highly recommended when you’re in Berlin and looking for a good start of the day!
