Here’s a simple flat belly diet recipe that you can try. It incorporates ingredients I mentioned above such as broccoli, mushroom and water. You’ll need 25  minutes to finish this recipe. It makes four servings.


●      One pound of chopped fresh broccoli, with the florets separated

●      12 ounce of mushrooms

●      A half of zucchini

●      A half of bell pepper

●      One medium sweet onion, chopped

●      Two tablespoon of olive oil

●      Two cloves of garlic, minced

●      White pepper

●      Half cup of water

●      One tablespoon of cornstarch

●      One tablespoon of dark soy sauce

●      One teaspoon of powdered ginger

●      One tablespoon of cornstarch

●      One teaspoon of powdered ginger

●      A dash of Chinese Five spice

Step by step guide:

1.    Place a skillet over high heat and then add olive oil, ginger, pepper and garlic.

2.    Add the chopped broccoli and mushrooms then saute for 2 minutes.

3.    Add the onion and half cup of water with broccoli florets. Saute for 5 minutes or until you notice that the florets have become bright green in color.

4.    Mix the cornstarch with one tablespoon of water. Add this to the broccoli mushroom mixture.

5.    Add soy sauce, Chinese five spice and white pepper. Cook until the sauce becomes thick.

6.    Serve this over rice. You can also use this as a side dish.
